THE CORPORATION   

Concordia Ministries, Inc., is a non-profit corporation, incorporated under the laws of the State of Mississippi.  The mailing address is P. O. Box 1054, Pearlington, Mississippi 39572.

Concordia is composed of a group of Christian faithful, called to evangelization.  The Corporation’s mission is to give birth to a new evangelization of the teachings of Jesus Christ.  “I will be a witness to you in the world, O Lord.   I will spread the knowledge of your name among my brothers and sisters, alleluia.”   Psalm 18:50, 22:23.

The Corporation’s objective is to bring people into a closer relationship with God through various means and ministries and helping all God’s children, no matter what race, creed, age, sex or political orientation.  It is organized exclusively for charitable, religious and educational purposes.

Its purposes are to promote the ecumenical outreach of the teachings of Jesus Christ through community outreach, education, networking, and volunteering and to provide physical, mental and spiritual support to all peoples in their communities.

The Corporation has been ruled tax exempt by the Internal Revenue Service under section 501(a) of the Internal Revenue Code as an organization described in section 501(c)(3).  It depends solely on voluntary contributions for its support and does not charge for its services.
